Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for services provided by Horizon Overseas Consultancy.
1. General Policy
- All payments made to Horizon Overseas Consultancy are for professional consultancy and advisory services.
- Refunds are not automatic and are subject to the conditions outlined below.
- Registration fees, counselling fees, and administrative charges are generally non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
a) Services Not Initiated
- If the client withdraws before any counselling session, application work, or documentation process has begun, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
b) Visa Rejection
- We don’t charge the Visa Fee, we only assist the student!
c) Admission Rejection
- Rejection from universities does not entitle the student to a refund, as application outcomes are beyond our control.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund shall be issued in the following cases:
- Services already rendered partially or fully
- Visa rejection due to insufficient funds, incorrect information, academic background, or embassy discretion
- Delay or refusal caused by late document submission from the student
- Withdrawal after applications have been submitted
- Misrepresentation, fake documents, or violation of terms by the client
- Payments made to third parties (universities, embassies, test centres)
4. Refund Processing
- If a refund is authorized, it will be processed and credited within 15 to 30 business days.
- Whenever possible, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Taxes, bank fees, and gateway fees, if any, will be subtracted.
5. Changes to Refund Policy
Horizon Overseas Consultancy reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
