2. Scope of Services

- SOP, LOR, and document guidance
- Test preparation guidance (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT)
- Student visa documentation and interview preparation
- Pre-departure and post-arrival advisory support
Note: Horizon Overseas Consultancy acts solely as a facilitator and advisor. Final decisions regarding admissions, visas, scholarships, and immigration rest entirely with universities, embassies, and relevant authorities.
3. Eligibility to Use Services
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during counselling and application processes.
- You must be legally eligible to apply for overseas education and student visas as per the regulations of the destination country.
- Any misrepresentation or submission of false documents may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
4. Fees and Payments
- Consultancy fees, coaching fees, and service charges will be communicated clearly before enrolment.
- All fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
- Fees paid to Horizon Overseas Consultancy are strictly for consultancy and advisory services only and do not include university fees, embassy fees, application fees, medicals, or third-party charges unless explicitly stated.
5. No Guarantee Clause
- Horizon Overseas Consultancy does not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarship awards, employment, or permanent residency.
- Outcomes depend on multiple factors including academic profile, financial status, embassy regulations, university policies, and government laws of respective countries.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide genuine and verifiable documents
- Meet university and embassy deadlines
- Follow instructions provided by our counsellors
- Pay applicable third-party fees directly when required
Failure to comply may affect your application outcome, for which Horizon Overseas Consultancy shall not be liable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, logos, graphics, and materials, is the intellectual property of Horizon Overseas Consultancy. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Horizon Overseas Consultancy shall not be liable for:
- Rejection of admission or visa applications
- Delays caused by universities, embassies, or third parties
- Changes in immigration laws, university policies, or country regulations
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- The client breaches these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent or misleading information is provided
- Unethical or unlawful conduct is observed
In such cases, refunds will be governed by the Refund Policy stated below.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
